Zain Chaudhry
Managing Director / Co-Founder

Zain, an Islamabad-based dual Pakistani-US National, brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the corporate world. He has made significant contributions to Fortune 500 companies such as Michelin North America and SP Global, serving as the State Territory Manager for New York at Michelin and a Senior Consultant at SP Global.
Zain’s professional journey spans four countries: the US, UK, Pakistan, and China. His diverse experience includes working with the largest Fulbright Program in the world at the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan and serving as the Fundraising Manager for Oxfordshire Youth in Oxford, UK.
In addition to his corporate roles, Zain has ventured into the entrepreneurial landscape. He founded a financial services business in partnership with Blueprint Capital UK and has provided consultancy to some of Pakistan’s largest businesses, including the ZRK Group, AR Group, and Patiala Diamonds Group. Currently, he is involved in various eCommerce ventures based in the US.
Zain holds a double Master’s degree in Management Science & Management with a minor in Economics from the University of South Carolina, USA.

Aimal Khan
Director / Legal Counsel / Co-Founder

Aimal, a London-based dual Pakistani-UK National, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse business experience. Although a lawyer by profession and education, Aimal has carved out a successful career in various industries. For more than a decade, he has been a dedicated immigration counsellor and consultant, helping clients navigate complex immigration processes for countries such as US, Canada, Australia, and UK.
In addition to his legal and consulting expertise, Aimal is a prolific entrepreneur. He owns and operates multiple businesses in the UK, Pakistan, and Australia. His ventures span a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, property development, fashion accessory retail outlets, supermarket stores, a security company, and automobile exports.
Aimal’s multifaceted experience and legal expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Mateen Meyan
Senior Immigration Consultant

Mateen is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with 12 years of experience in the industry. Specializing in transforming traditional recruitment processes into strategic digital solutions, Mateen is dedicated to bridging the gap between companies and job seekers. With a strong track record in the GCC region, he has successfully interviewed, recommended, and placed hundreds of skilled professionals.
Mateen’s expertise extends to placing students from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India into prestigious universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Finland, Denmark, and Hungary. He is proficient in Human Resources Strategic Planning, Hiring, Consulting, and Training, and holds certifications in Digital Media Strategies and Project Management from Google. In addition to his professional achievements, Mateen also leads IELTS and TOEFL classes, leveraging his extensive teaching experience to guide students towards success. His innovative approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in the evolving landscape of digital recruitment and international education.

Esther Howard
Senior Immigration Consultant

Esther, based in Sydney, Australia, brings over 8 years of extensive experience in immigration consultancy. She specializes in helping individuals from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh obtain Australian work visas, particularly under subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage visa) and subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme visa).
Esther holds a Master’s degree in Immigration Law from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Sydney. Her comprehensive understanding of the Australian immigration system and her dedication to her clients have made her a leading expert in her field.
Esther has a proven track record of helping clients secure subclass 482 visas, allowing skilled workers to come to Australia and work for an approved business for up to four years. She is adept at navigating the complexities of the application process, from ensuring that clients meet the necessary skills and qualifications to liaising with employers for sponsorship. Additionally, she excels in guiding clients through the subclass 186 visa process, providing a pathway to permanent residency for skilled workers.
